Fox
Foxes are actually reading all of this text because they like facts, lists and details. They want more information and overanalyzed their quiz results and may even be here to debate what this says. And they really wish there was a spreadsheet with a nice table detailing the four Leadership Instincts. Just you wait Fox, just you wait.

In case you can’t tell Foxes like information. They want all of the available information before making a decision. They need to discuss their options and often play Devil’s advocate just to explore all of their options. They definitely help ensure projects and tasks are handled effectively. But sometimes they take their logic too far and ignore the human side of business.

Strengths:
  • They make very logical decisions based on facts.
  • They use reason to solve problems.
  • Their attention to detail allows them to catch mistakes before they happen.
  • They are often well-respected for their research and knowledge.
Weaknesses:
  • They can overanalyze both information and people.
  • Their analytical side can be seen as pessimistic and can negatively influence others.
  • Foxes can be seen as over-critical of others, making it hard for people to come to them with new ideas.
If you’re a Fox and are still wondering about that spreadsheet, make sure to attend the Leadership Instinct Simulcast and ask your local Express office about the workbook available to go along with the Simulcast. It’s not quite a spreadsheet, but there is a detailed table and lots of facts! And lists!
